меня пускает, но рекомендуют пароль сменить... и менять его каждый месяц.

Попробуй воспользоватся этой штукой > Forgot Password?
Может поможет..... гдето год назад такая херня была у всех тут ))

Перед входом в епасс проверяем ящики, указанные при регистрации. Именно туда приходит новый пасс в случае автоматической замены, которая время от времени происходит.

Phishing Scams

There are a number of emails sent out and websites created by Internet Fraudsters who pose as well known companies to try and capture personal information (credit card numbers, bank account information, Social Security number, passwords, or other sensitive information). This information is then used to make purchases without your authorization.

For your protection, ePassporte will never ask for ANY account information via email. ePassporte will only send correspondence to your Account Message Center and the only emails you may receive to your external email address are notifications of new messages in your Message Center. To access the message center, please log into your Account and click on the Message Center tab.

Please ensure you are on ePassporte's website URL (https://www.epassporte.com) when entering your ePassporte User ID and Password. Some Phishing sites have similar website URL's and are made to look identical to ePassporte's website making it difficult for Account Holders to notice they are entering their Account information on a fraudsters site.

Насколько слышал, у епасса проблемы из за прокруток через них казиношных денег, т.е. с чистым адалтом может и все обойдется.
