Unfortunately I do not understand Russian source texts. I only write descriptions from pictures and reviews for Porn Inspector sites.

Yes, I've built a lot of free sites in my time for myself. I've never charged anyone to do them so I don't know what they are worth but I think maybe $15.00 per free site seems fair? If the free site had no more than 5 pages.

Everything is negotiable though.
