Жаль бросать, подскажите плз пару моментов:
1. Что есть Notional Principal Contracts ? Фраза:"I have provided or will provide a statement that identifies those notional principal contracts from which the income is not effectively connected with the conduct of a trade or business in the United States. I agree to update this statement as required. " Все понятно, кроме этих NCP.
2. Что писать в поле "Capacity in which acting" ?
3. Что есть Claim of Tax Trety Benefits ? Как обычно - пункты понятны, а название - нет
