Сделал перевод с аккаунта рф на аккаунт украины.
И паксум вернул p2p перевод.
То есть от санкций по отношению к РФ пострадал украинский гражданин не получив свои деньги.
Поддержка ответила типа такого :

You will still be able to receive p2p payments from Paxum Business accounts and other accounts that are registered in Russia however, outgoing payments to accounts based outside the Russian Federation will be rejected.

unionnet: а ты разве не читал что теперь переводы только п2п РФ между РФ аккаунтами?
Бабло можно получать только от иностранных бизнес аккаунтов. И вообще не понятно зачем тебе паксум для таких переводов. Используй банк! Юникредит допустим
