Addendum №1
to the ePayService payment system User Agreement
1 This addendum to the ePayService payment system User Agreement regulates the list of goods and services prohibited for use with ePayService payment system customer’s accounts as well as with ePayService MasterCards.
1.1 Counterfeit currency, counterfeit coins and forged stamps. Counterfeit or infringing merchandise.
1.2 Drugs and related products, drugs or narcotic substances description.
1.3 Electronic equipment banned in the customer country (e.g., cable TV decoders, radar and traffic lights control devices, electronic surveillance equipment, listening devices and telephone bugs, etc.).
1.4 Firearms and ammunition.
1.5 National distinguishing marks, government documents, uniforms, government identification cards and licenses, as well as products related to police.
1.6 Dangerous to life and health products, as well as restricted use products (e.g., explosives, radioactive materials, toxic substances, etc.).
1.7 Human organs and remains.
1.8 Merchandise abetting illegal activity or inciting others to take part in illegal activities.
1.9 Hacking and lock picking devices.
1.10 Spam, spamming lists, and any information containing personal data, including e-mail.
1.11 Multi-level marketing, pyramid, and matrix, including financial.
1.12 Offensive materials (e.g. morality offending merchandise, ethnically or racially offensive materials, Nazi memorabilia items, and merchandise advocating any of the following: violence, ethnic hatred, hatred, racism, offensive and abusive remarks and insults).
1.13 Drugs and medications including their derivatives, as well as prescription raw materials used for their production.
1.14 Stolen property and property with removed serial numbers.
1.15 Poisonous weeds and prohibited seeds.
1.16 Videos, photos and online materials containing child pornography, bestiality, necrophilia, rape, including simulation of these actions.
1.17 Gambling (any type of casino, including poker, roulette, bingo, baccarat and other bookmaking (pari-mutuel) - any bets on all sorts of events, except for Forex, trading stocks and futures on stock exchanges, which are traded legally and have the necessary permits and licenses for stock exchange trade), lottery tickets.
1.18 Websites or individuals engaging in exchange of any electronic and/or non-electronic currency provided that such regular activities are intended for profit earning (exchange service fee), except for the section below.
2 The use of funds in the ePayService payment system customer’s accounts is permitted subject to the required permits and licenses issued in the User country and a written authorization signed by ePayService payment system.
2.1 Financial or payment instruments with accounting system that properly provides account holder's identification to prevent the illicit trade, financial fraud, money laundering and funds laundering obtained by illegal means; and maintains a complete accounting and monitoring system of all funds, including incoming, outgoing, and funds going through these financial or payment instruments.
3 For violation of paragraph 1, Articles 1.1-1.18, and paragraph 2 as related to the regulatory written ePayService payment system authorization, ePayService payment system has the exclusive and sole right to block User's accounts that violate these rules immediately and without further notice. Providing that such violation occurs customer’s accounts are subject to blocking along with funds held in these accounts with the purpose of protection in the event of litigation in court lawsuits, including reputation and other cases as required by the U.S. and/or User country laws.
