I looked into your transactions and I noticed that you had two auto
refunds. It seems that one of the websites you promote is experiencing
some technical difficulties.
As our system was unable to connect to the server of the merchant, we
were unable to provide the customer with access to the content
purchased. Therfore an automated refund was issued.

Our Merchant Support Department is currently looking into this issue
with the Merchant. We will send an email to the refunded customers after
the issue has been resolved. I will make sure that if they sign up again
that your account will be credited.
