Affirmative Statement of Rights & Representations
Whereas the undersigned (“Webmaster”) desires to engage in the offering for sale and/or
distribution of certain material, and desires the placement of their specific Web site on the Gold
New Links List, and Cybernet Ventures, Inc. (“CVI”) desires to obtain assurances that all such
material offered for sale, sold, displayed and/or otherwise distributed is the copyrighted work of
the Webmaster or that the Webmaster is authorized by the copyright owner to use the material
in the intended manner, and that the Webmaster possesses any other rights necessary to sell,
display and/or distribute the material in the intended manner, and that the Web site requested
for inclusion in the New Gold Links List is a new and unique Web site to the Adult Check
system;
Therefore, in addition to the covenants and warranties found within the executed service
agreement, Webmaster declares under penalty of perjury as follows with respect to any material
that Webmaster ever sells, displays and/or distributes on any Web site that utilizes the services
of CVI (collectively, the “Works”):
1. Webmaster will have good and marketable title to the Works or will have the express
authorization from the copyright owner or agent of the copyright owner to utilize the
Works in the intended manner, and that Webmaster will possess any other rights
necessary to sell, display and/or distribute the Works in the intended manner; and
2. Webmaster covenants that he/she/it will defend, protect, indemnify and hold harmless
CVI and its lawful successors and assigns from any adverse claim to the Works or any
rights in the Works.
Furthermore, Webmaster makes the following representations and certifies that the specific
Web site referenced below, which he/she wishes to be included in the New Gold Links List, has
the following:

content providers provided by CVI, specifically:

__ All of the graphics on my site are of a high and clear quality.
__ My members' area contains a link back to the appropriate category in the Adult Check
Gold link list.
__ My Web site meets the one of the following content standards:
1. 1000 images or more.
2. 100 images and 4 or more video segments, totaling 30 minutes or longer.
3. 100 images and 3 or fewer video segments, totaling 60 minutes or longer.

с такими запросами можно уже мини платник открывать
даже кибер так не зверствует

например деление:
50 пиксов - базовый
300 пиксов - силвер
1000 пиксов - голд
------------------------------------------
причем в самой админке Адалт Чека написано все таки 300 пиксов
кто то может прояснить ситуацию?
