We have big news that we're excited to announce today as we've just
finished massively improving and updating of our network of sites,
Orgymax! The new and greatly improved version can now be found at
Tainster.com with all the same great content as before plus a whole
lot more! Please check out Tainster.com for yourself and get familiar
with everything it has to offer - all the same sites as Orgymax, plus
live shows, webcam shows, all our DVDs, chat rooms, third party
content soon to come, and a community section with a lot of the bells
and whistles that are a must on the net today and that we hope will
help retain members.

The issue that most concerns our affiliates is changes to the billing
setup for Tainster.com. As Tainster has been developed as a
pay-as-you-go credit system, with various types of live shows with
different rates and third party content soon to come, which will mean
those content producers will be getting their own cut of the revenue,
we had to change our payout system. Here is the breakdown (which will
make more sense once you get familiar with Tainster.com):

Webmaster Commission:
25% Senior Webmaster - more than 500 transactions in a month
20% Junior Webmaster - 500 or less transactions per month

RevShare:
5% of total earnings from referred webmasters, affiliates

Considering members are not limited to the flat rate system as they
were on the old Orgymax monthly membership format, there's much
greater potential for earning way more money than before!

Now you're definitely asking, what about all my affiliate links to
anything Orgymax related!? Not to worry, everything has been rerouted
to Tainster and nothing will change in that regard. We will be working
on changing our affiliate program in the weeks to come, but as for now
everything still works as it did before. We are working on partnering
up with Payserve, who will financially power our new affiliate
program, meaning you'll have more payout options than are currently
offered. Payserve is a well-established company that we have worked
with in the past and as such they are our trusted partner.

All of your current signups will automatically be transferred to
Tainster and they will be grandfathered into the same price they are
paying now (but remember, they can also pay more if they choose to buy
extra credits for special features on Tainster.com) in a special
monthly flat rate.

Orgymax will be no more as of June 1st , and as of today new
members cannot sign up to any Orgymax sites, but rather they will be
redirected to Tainster.com. We've been hard at work on Tainster for
quite some time and are very excited to launch it! We recognized the
need to keep of with the times in order to boost and help retain
memberships, and we're confident Tainster.com will result in much
better business for all of us! For you bigger webmasters and content
producers out there we're also working on setting up a system for
whitelabel solutions and much more, so stay tuned for more information
to come and a new and improved affiliate program!

We are simply rebranding our network, nothing is shutting down. Our hetero network is already up and running at Tainster.com and GuysGoCrazy will soon be up at Tainler.com (Bimaxx.com will have the same URL but with the same look as tainster/tainler). This essentially is just a new frontend with all of our videos re-encoded in much higher quality, now available in streaming as well as download, all the GGC DVDs available, and a Facebook style community. We are also going to be running live shows and webcams, which we're already doing on Tainster, but this will take a while to implement on our gay network. We will also be working with other content producers who want to put their content on our site (AEBN style, etc.) so there will eventually be a lot more for customers to choose from than just our parties.
So, ultimately all we're doing is breaking away from our dated network (Orgymax/GGC) and bringing it up to date in 2010 with a lot more features and better quality videos.
If anybody goes to guysgocrazy.com they will just be re-directed to Tainler.com (when it's up and running). All the affiliate linking codes will still work as normal and we are in the process of updating and rebranding our affiliate program as well (and partnering up with payserve to offer more payout options, etc, as mentioned in the email).

If the broker is a corporate (or similar) entity, it must provide a copy of its organizational documents and the ID of an officer or director. All information provided to Medley is subject to verification for accuracy and completeness prior to any payment being remitted to broker.

DEADLINE: ANY FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION BY JUNE 26, 2010, WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF ALL EXISTING BROKER ACCOUNT(S) EFFECTIVE AS OF MAY 27, 2010.
2. No party or entity is entitled to or shall receive any Commission or fee for acting as a broker for any affiliate account that he, she or it owns or operates, directly or indirectly. Medley has the sole right to determine such relationship. In making this determination, Medley may consider various factors, some of which could include: (i) the name and location as the affiliate; (ii) the number of affiliate accounts the broker represents; (iii) the traffic source of the broker account and any affiliate accounts; and/or (iv) the date of the creation of the respective broker and affiliate accounts.
3. A person acting as a broker must operate at least one current affiliate account that receives a minimum $50 in Commissions per pay period and have all accounts in good standing. In addition, to remain a broker, at least every three months, broker must provide Medley with at least one new affiliate who also receives a minimum $50 in Commissions per pay period.
4. The following persons or entities are ineligible to receive any commission or fee for acting as a broker: (i) Employees and consultants of Friendfinder Networks, Inc., and its affiliated entities (collectively "FFN"); (ii) Employees consultants, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of any third-party advertising affiliates; (iii) any family members of employees and consultants of FFN or any third-party advertising affiliates; or (iv) any person or entity engaging in fraud or acting in collusion with the parties listed in (i) through (iii) of this section.

Jun 15, 10 - Revshare Payout Restructure
Dear Webmasters,

Back in 2002 when the adult internet industry was at it's peak and booming with traffic and sales, we made the decision to increase all affiliate payouts from 50% to 60%. We also raised our webmaster referral program from 5 % to 10%. This has been our standard for the last 8 years and higher than most standards in the industry. However, we are currently facing a saturation and continued proliferation of free adult content on the web and a continued recession and economic down cycle.

We have made the decision to restructure our business model both internally and externally in order for us to remain profitable and maintain a viable and healthy long term plan. Part of this re-structuring calls for our payouts to revert back to our original 50/50 model. These changes will be effective immediately. Keep in mind that all previous recurring revshare memberships will still be paid out at 60%. These changes only affect new sales from this point forward.
