Толи забыл как поменял логин/пасс, то ли еще что ...
пишет You do not have rights for this area/operation.
Как зайти подскажите !

empty or delete st/admin/.htaccess file, then you can open your admin with full url like:

http://www.yourdomain.com/st/admin/rotator.php

and set new user/pass in settings>users.
