At this moment it is not possible to delete a blog, but it doesn't harm the system. But if you really want to remove them then you can group blogs in a group:

Press the change icon ("edit") on the Manage Blogs page to specify the group for your blog and specify a group with name "unused", and minimize the "unused" group, now you won't see your blogs in the "unused" group anymore.
